About Cosmos Pay

Cosmos Pay builds stablecoin payments for businesses: a payments API, a hosted checkout and payment links, swaps, private payments and the non-custodial Cosmos Pay Wallet, on Stellar, Solana and Monad.

Cosmos Pay (cosmospay.lat) is a different project from the Cosmos Network (ATOM) and from BitCanna's CosmosPay payment plugins.

What we make

Payments settle on Stellar, Solana and Monad, and each network has its own page.

  • Payments API and SDK

A REST API documented with OpenAPI and a TypeScript SDK to create payment intents and payment links, with signed webhooks when a payment is confirmed.

  • Hosted checkout and payment links

A payment link with its QR code and a checkout page we host, in four designs and seven languages. A pay button or an embedded checkout takes one script tag.

  • Swaps

Swap tokens across 35 networks and send USDT0 from Stellar, with no account.

    Open swaps
  • Private payments

Payments on Stellar whose amount stays hidden on-chain behind a zero-knowledge proof. On testnet for now.

  • Cosmos Pay Wallet

A non-custodial wallet for Stellar, Solana and Monad: a web app, a browser extension and apps for Android, Windows, macOS and Linux. Keys are generated and encrypted on the device.

Our code is public

The source of what you use is on GitHub, in the CosmosPay organization. The SDK is published on npm under the Apache 2.0 licence.

What you can check

Three things our code and our public pages show.

  • We hold no private keys

Cosmos Pay never asks for or stores anyone’s private keys. Payers sign in their own wallet, and the money goes to addresses the business controls.

  • Our rates are published

Every plan’s rates are on the pricing page, and the comparison page sets each one beside the published rate it is measured against, with its source and the date we read it.

  • Our documentation is open

The guides, the API reference and its OpenAPI document are public and need no account.
