### Frequently asked questions

#### Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. Starter has no monthly fee: you only pay a small fee per successful transaction. Essentials and Growth add a monthly fee in exchange for lower rates.

#### What does a transaction cost?

Starter is 1.5% + 18¢ per successful transaction. Essentials is $33/mo (or $27.50/mo billed annually) and lowers the rate to 1.12% + 18¢, while Growth is $99/mo and brings it down to 0.75% + 18¢. The payer’s wallet pays the network fee.

#### Which payment methods do you support?

Stablecoins and other tokens on Stellar, Solana and Monad: USDC, EURC, the network’s own coin or any token you name, paid from the customer’s own wallet. Cosmos Pay does not take card or bank payments.

#### How fast does money settle?

On Stellar a payment is final about five seconds after the customer approves it, on every plan. There is no payout schedule: the money goes to an address you control.

#### Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, with no calls required.

#### What does a swap cost?

Each plan has its own commission per swap: 0.65% on Starter, 0.26% on Essentials, 0.13% on Growth and 0.07% on Enterprise. Without an account, the public swap page and its API charge 0.65%. The networks' fees are extra, and every quote shows the fees before you sign.

#### Can I offer these services to my customers?

Yes. Cosmos Pay is payments, swaps, a payment gateway and private payments as a service: we run the whole service, and you only set the wallet addresses that receive the money and sign with your wallet. Each operation pays your plan's rate, and you can add your own fee to it, paid to the wallet you choose.
